Full job description

Thank you for your interest in joining our team.

Based on our current operational needs and ongoing projects, we are looking for someone who can actively support and strengthen our systems, automation, and development environment. The role requires strong experience in the following areas:

  • API Integrations — connecting and maintaining integrations between platforms such as CRMs, WhatsApp messaging systems, portals, and third-party services using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
  • Full-Stack Development — supporting dashboards, portals, and internal systems using modern frontend and backend technologies, along with database management.
  • Automation and Workflow Optimization — identifying manual processes and converting them into efficient automated solutions that improve operational visibility and reduce staff workload.
  • Troubleshooting and System Maintenance — diagnosing and resolving script errors, integration issues, data mismatches, and maintaining long-term system stability.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Software Engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting) and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Google Apps Script or similar scripting/automation tools
  • Proven experience in web development, application development, and software development across full-stack environments.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Java, and related programming languages.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in testing and quality checks
  • Basic understanding of networks, systems, and IT support processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working in a Canadian environment is considered an asset
