Medjoie Foods is a growing Mediterranean grocery and deli offering authentic products, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and support daily cashiering operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, positive experience
- Offer knowledgeable guidance on Mediterranean products, ingredients, and deli items
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle basic cashier duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and retail area
- Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian or English and Greek
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous cashier or retail experience is an asset but not required
