Lead Concierge – Luxury Residential Strata

Escala, a premier residential strata community in Coal Harbour, is seeking an experienced Lead Concierge to manage front desk operations, supervise the concierge team, and provide direct administrative and operational support to the General Manager.

This is a senior residential concierge position. It is not a security guard, mobile patrol, loss prevention, or commercial building security role.

Mandatory Experience

Applicants must have:

  • At least years of experience working as a Lead Concierge or Senior Concierge in a residential strata condominium.
  • Direct responsibility for supervising and scheduling concierge staff.
  • Experience supporting a General Manager, Building Manager, or Property Manager with administrative and operational matters.
  • Proven experience dealing with residents, contractors, incident reporting, access control, building procedures, and confidential information.

Applications that do not clearly demonstrate all of these requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule, and supervise the concierge team.
  • Maintain a polished and professional front desk operation.
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Support the General Manager with administration, records, incident follow-up, contractor coordination, and building operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs, procedures, emergency information, and resident records.
  • Coordinate visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Support resident privacy, access control, and emergency preparedness.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Experience with BuildingLink, Condo Control, or similar strata property management systems.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada and successful completion of a criminal record check.

  • The number of concierge employees you supervised.
  • The name or title of the manager you directly supported.

Pay: $31.00-$34.00 per hour
