Full job description

The Cork & Flame is seeking a Host/Hostess to join the team! If you thrive in a bustling pub environment and have excellent customer service skills, this opportunity will be an ideal fit for you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • Managing the coat check area, ensuring that guests' belongings are securely stored and returned upon their departure.
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas.
  • Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns.
  • Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service.
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work evenings/closing.
  • Must be available to work weekend shifts
