'We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our financial health by managing receivables efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage the accounts receivable process ensuring timely collection of payments.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper invoicing.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
