What You’ll Do

  • Run in-home consultations
  • Present pricing and solutions clearly
  • Close deals and collect deposits
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-ups
  • Submit clean, accurate job details to operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales (in-home, roofing, solar, or similar)
  • Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the sale
  • Competitive, performance-driven mindset
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule

Compensation

  • Commission-based, uncapped earning potential
  • Paid on installed jobs
