Home Improvement Sales Rep Role:

Expected earnings: $2,250-$4,500 per week, with Weekly Pay Every Friday

Our top performers consistently earn six figures, with many earning over $200,000 annually.

We are currently hiring 2-3 new team members as we continue to expand.

The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:

  • Curiosity about sales
  • Wanting to have uncapped earnings

Please Note: This is a door-to-door position establishing appointments for our closing team. D2D experience is not required however is considered a strong asset for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners through D2D activity
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations
  • Set follow up In-Home appointments for the closing team to complete the sale
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
  • Follow company sales processes and systems
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
  • Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation

  • Expected earnings: $2,250-$4,500 per week
