- General: Jump in on other tasks that support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education and Technical Strength: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, and a strong understanding of aluminum products and their applications. A background in metallurgy or materials sciences is a standout advantage.
- Sales Drive and Commercial Skills: At least 5 years of growing sales success and knowing how to spot and win business while maintaining confidence in navigating negotiations, pricing and niche markets.
- Communication and Relationship Skills: Clear communication skills, ability to build trust quickly, and keep relationships moving with strong organization and follow-through.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable with digging into technical details, asking the right questions, and finding practical solutions fast.
- Tools, Travel, and Work Style: Fluency with Microsoft Office and online platforms, ability to travel across North America with a valid Canadian license, and comfortable staying sharp in a busy sales environment.
What’s In It For You:
You’ll join a team that rewards great work with competitive pay, a positive atmosphere, and real chances to shine. You’ll have solid group benefits, a health care spending account, paid sick days when you need them, free on-site parking, and a relaxed dress code that keeps things comfortable while you get things done.
