We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter/Lead Hand to join our construction team. Duties

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
• Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, cabinet fitting, flooring, tile laying, siding, roofing, and siding installation
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery

Skills

• Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
• Skilled in woodworking, cabinetry installation, flooring setup, tile laying, siding application, and general carpentry practices
• Strong knowledge of construction painting, caulking, rebar installation, plumbing basics, electrical fundamentals, and HVAC systems as needed
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
• Demonstrated handyman experience with assembly tasks and general maintenance skills
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on safety standards and quality control
