Full job description

Do you see solutions where others see problems?
Do you believe great support isn’t just about fixing issues — it’s about creating seamless experiences?

At Fit Foods, we believe in the transformative power of nutrition. Our mission is simple:
HAPPIER LIVES FROM HEALTHIER LIVING.

For 29 years, we’ve fueled active, healthy lifestyles through innovation, quality, and purpose. Our products are proudly crafted in Canada and enjoyed in over 100 countries. But the story is far from over — in fact, the next chapter is just beginning.

And that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an IT Support, a problem solver. A trusted partner. A hands-on technician who keeps our teams connected, supported, and moving forward.

You’ll be the first line of support for our office and operation teams — ensuring technology works smoothly so our people can do their best work.

What gets us excited?

A Solutions-Oriented Thinker: You approach every issue with curiosity and determination — whether it’s troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, RF scanners, or network issues. You don’t just fix problems, you understand them, document them, and help prevent them.

A Customer Experience Champion: You know that great IT support is about people. You provide Level 1 support across phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and in person — always communicating clearly, listening actively, and creating positive, seamless experiences.

A Hands-On Technician: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves — supporting both office and operational environments. From setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensuring Wi-Fi connectivity and workstation readiness, you keep everything running.

A Fast & Adaptable Responder: You stay calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and act quickly — whether it is resolving urgent issues, minimizing downtime, or supporting Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint), MFA setup, and user access requests.

A Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others and know when to escalate. You document incidents clearly, contribute to knowledge sharing, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and follow IT security and data protection protocols — all while helping build a culture of support and continuous improvement.

What do you bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk or similar).
  • Knowledge of Windows 11, Mac OS, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and time management — you can juggle multiple priorities.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
  • Experience supporting ERP, WMS, MRP, or CRM systems.

Why join Fit Foods?

You will be part of a passionate, collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and having fun while achieving big goals.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • On-Site
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • Work-life balance
  • Growth opportunities in a purpose-driven company

Are you ready to keep our teams connected and empowered?
Let’s build something extraordinary together.

Apply now and be part of our next chapter.
