Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Support Specialist to provide high-level technical assistance to our clients and internal teams. You will handle everything from hardware troubleshooting to network security, ensuring our IT operations run like clockwork.Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Support: Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux systems plus Microsoft Office/productivity apps.
  • Networking: Resolve LAN, VPN, and firewall connectivity issues.
  • Ticket Management: Manage service requests via Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Hardware & OS: Maintain hardware, perform upgrades, and handle OS installations/security patching.
  • Infrastructure: Assist in configuring switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

What You Bring

  • Tech Stack: Solid grasp of networking (VPN, Firewalls), OS (Windows/Linux), and hardware components.
  • Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex tech issues into simple solutions for users.
  • Mindset: A customer-first approach with a focus on fast, efficient problem-solving.

Pay: $23.50-$31.50 per hour
