Job Title: Frontline ASC

Reports To: ASC Program Manager

Position Overview: The Frontline ASC role supports the Program Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the adult day program. This role involves assisting in staff management, coordinating activities, and ensuring the well-being of program participants. This position involves directly working with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in supervising and supporting program staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Help develop and implement engaging activities and programs tailored to participants' needs and interests.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to assist in creating individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, incident reports, and progress notes.
  • Support compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in managing the program budget and resources efficiently.
  • Address and help resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff, participants, or families.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social work, healthcare administration, recreation or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulations and best practices in adult day programs.
  • Full G license.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with typical business hours, may require some evenings or weekends.
  • Physical ability to assist participants with mobility and personal care as needed.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to participant care.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to assist in motivating and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

Wage

  • Individual is eligible to receive an additional $3.00 wage enhancement per hour worked (when applicable) included in rate
