Social Media Manager – LoveLostManhattan

LoveLostManhattan is seeking an experienced, creative, and sales-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, Meta platforms, social media aesthetics, content creation, and online sales. A major part of the role will involve responding to inquiries generated through our Meta advertising campaigns, communicating with potential customers through Instagram and other social platforms, and converting those conversations into sales.

You will also help maintain and build the LoveLostManhattan social media presence, ensuring our Instagram feed remains polished, aesthetic, engaging, and consistent with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming Instagram, Facebook, and Meta advertising inquiries
  • Communicate with prospective customers and confidently close sales
  • Follow up with leads and maintain conversations with potential customers
  • Build and maintain an aesthetic, cohesive Instagram feed
  • Edit photos, videos, Reels, and other social media content
  • Assist with content planning and posting
  • Understand current Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
  • Help grow engagement, followers, leads, and sales
  • Learn and implement LoveLostManhattan's sales and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with management on campaigns, promotions, and brand development

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous social media management or content creation experience
  • Is highly proficient with Instagram and Meta platforms
  • Has strong photo and video editing skills
  • Understands how to create an attractive and cohesive Instagram feed
  • Is confident communicating with customers through DMs
  • Has strong written communication skills
  • Is organized, responsive, and reliable
  • Is comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
  • Is willing to learn sales, advertising, and digital marketing
  • Understands fashion, lifestyle, influencer, or female-focused social media content

Previous sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong communication skills and is motivated to learn.

Compensation

Base Salary: $3,000/month + performance bonuses

Successful team members typically earn approximately $4,000–$5,000 per month between their base salary and performance bonuses, depending on individual sales performance.
