You take pride in accurate documentation, proactive updates, and managing expectations. You keep customers informed, support your teammates, and help create an experience that keeps people coming back.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers with professionalism and respect
  • Keep customers updated with clear, proactive communication
  • Prepare accurate estimates using Mitchell OnDemand & Hyundai labour standards Document concerns, approvals, and repair details with care
  • Work closely with Parts, Technicians, Appointment Coordinators, and Detail
  • Present additional repair recommendations ethically and confidently
  • Manage RO aging, SOR parts, and follow‑ups with discipline
  • Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years dealership Service Advisor experience (PBS an asset)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage high RO volume with composure
  • A team‑first mindset and a positive attitude
