Full job description

Northside Transport Ltd., a lowbed trucking company with a strong team-focused culture, is looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting Clerk to our office.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Starting Wage:
$25.00 per hour

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Invoicing up to 100 per day created from BOL (Accuracy, efficiently a must)
  • Collections - monitor to ensure current
  • Account reconciliation
  • Payment posting
  • Other duties or tasks will be included

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Sage 50 (mandatory)
  • Experience with Excel and Word (basic)
  • Strong attention to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
