We specialize in residential renovations, accessibility modifications, home elevator preparation, barrier-free construction, and custom renovation projects that help people live safely and independently in their own homes.

Our work is incredibly diverse. One week you might be completing a custom bathroom renovation, the next installing wheelchair ramps or grab bars, framing an addition, preparing a home for an elevator installation, building a deck, or completing structural renovations.

We're looking for a highly skilled carpenter and renovation professional who is confident leading work in the field, enjoys solving problems, takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a company that values integrity, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview

This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for leading renovation projects in the field while working closely with our Project Manager.

  • Execute the daily scope of work provided by the Project Manager.
  • Organize workflow on site and help keep projects running efficiently.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Ensure work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes.
  • Mentor and support labourers and apprentices.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, site conditions, and potential issues.
  • Identify problems early and propose practical solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
  • Deliver professional, courteous service when interacting with homeowners.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional communication with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid BC driver's licence.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding construction work.
