  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate value-based solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery

Who This Role Suits

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting, meeting new people, and building relationships from the ground up. You are naturally self-motivated, comfortable spending time in the field, and energized by generating new opportunities. This is not primarily an account management or inside sales position. Success in this role comes from consistently identifying new prospects, building relationships, and winning new business.

Candidates should be comfortable with proactive prospecting and new business development. This role is best suited to individuals who enjoy hunting for new opportunities rather than managing an established book of business.Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly vehicle allowance: $600
  • New account bonus program: $400-$900 per qualified new account (based on achievement criteria)
