Job Summary
We are seeking fill a position in our Winnipeg office for an Sales and Application Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and bonus potential.

This role is an excellent entry point into a long-term career in technical sales and application engineering. You will gain exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment and applications, supported by experienced professionals and structured training.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and product application expertise to customers and internal sales staff.

  • Manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support project development and execution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up on all customer interactions and project milestones.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, building relationships and driving engagement across Manitoba and southern Saskatchewan
  • Identify opportunities and provide technical solutions that support customer operations and drive sales growth
  • Deliver technical application support and product selection expertise to position the right solutions
  • Take ownership of projects and order execution, coordinating with our engineering group from quote through to completion
  • Continuously build knowledge of products, applications, and industry trends to strengthen your impact in the territory

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or Engineering Technology) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proven ability to manage both small and large-scale projects independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people and solving problems.

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
