What You’ll Be Doing

As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-quality electrical work across a variety of projects. Every day will bring something new — from installations to demolitions and everything in between.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine electrical service installations and demolitions
  • Following safety and electrical code standards at all times
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job
  • Maintaining an organized and safe work environment
  • Supporting teammates and performing additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

We want a dedicated professional who brings technical know-how and a positive, can-do attitude to every job.

You have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and related regulations
  • A valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80–100 lbs and climb ladders up to 20 Feet
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Clear communication — both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel experience is a plus!)

Qualifications

  • Red Seal Journeyman Licence (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of trade experience

Before You Start

All successful candidates must complete:

  • Drug and Alcohol Pre-Screening
  • BC Criminal Record Check
  • Current Driver’s Abstract
  • Submission of resume, cover letter, and three professional references
