Frazer Excavation is a multi-disciplinary contractor based out of Maple Ridge specializing in civil earthworks, underground utilities, land clearing, grinding, and biomass operations. We self-perform much of our work to maintain control over schedule, quality, and cost. With a large fleet of modern equipment and active ownership involved in day-to-day operations, we are committed to safety, professionalism, and high-performance work standards.
Summary

Frazer Excavation Ltd. is immediately hiring a multi-skilled civil construction worker who is experienced and confident working in a variety of roles including flagging, rock truck operation, and roller operation on residential and civil construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland
Responsibilities

  • Safely perform flagging and traffic control (flagging truck/lights provided)duties when required
  • Operate rock trucks on active civil construction sites
  • Operate rollers and compaction equipment
  • Assist excavation and pipe crews with general labour tasks
  • Follow all site safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct basic equipment inspections and maintain safe working practices
  • Work closely with Foremen and crew members to support daily production goals
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in civil or residential construction
  • Experience operating at least one of the following is required: rock truck, roller, or traffic control
  • Ability and willingness to be trained and rotated into multiple roles
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically capable of demanding outdoor work (lifting up to 50 lbs, all weather conditions)
  • Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset
