Kalloway Property Services responds to 24/7 emergencies of water, mould, asbestos, lead, and fire in the Edmonton area.

· Lead, coordinate, and control assignments

· Accountability for daily progress reports throughout the course of projects, and must advise on any adjustments for scheduling as required

· Ensuring that proper protocols are implemented

· Prepare and follow project scopes, accurately and efficiently

· Communicate effectively in order to lay out accurate project timelines

· Professional interaction with clients and coworkers

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license, a clean driver abstract and a no criminal record

· Able to be on call during given rotation

Primary Role:

· Drywall/Finish/Texture\Insulation

· Paint

· Finish carpentry
