We are seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Valet Driver to deliver exceptional guest service at all type of parking facility. The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality mindset, excellent driving skills, and takes pride in creating a seamless, high-end guest experience. This role involves safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and discretion. Bilingual skills and prior dealership or delivery driving experience are considered strong assets.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking vehicles efficiently.
- Provide excellent guest services to ensure a memorable experience.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless parking experience.
- Ensure the safety of vehicles and guests throughout the process.
- Uphold the company's standards of elegance and professionalism.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dealership or luxury vehicle handling is advantageous but not required.
- Criminal Background Check must be provided.
- Certified clean driving abstract.
- Minimum Age: 25+
- G License required. G2 is not allowed.
- Ability to drive manual cars is an asset.
- Applicants must have access to a personal vehicle to ensure reliable transportation.
