What You’ll Do

  • Tier 2+ support: desktops, servers, networks, cloud
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac PCs, Windows Server, printers, and network devices
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Support backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery
  • Configure firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security tools
  • Provide primarily support from the office, with onsite client visits as needed
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation
  • Support additional tasks and projects as needed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What You Bring

  • 5+ years IT support experience in an MSP environment.
  • 2+ years minimum in a Tier 2+ role.
  • Strong Microsoft stack (Windows Server, M365)
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Experience & a strong interest in cybersecurity
  • Mac/Linux experience is a bonus

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 license + reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Calgary and area
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours or extended work to support client needs
