Full job description

Ovation Dental, a busy and modern dental office in the heart of New Westminster, is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing team.

Our clinic is conveniently located directly across from New West Station, making it easily accessible by transit. We are a spacious, modern practice designed with both our team and patients in mind, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of dental administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and treatment coordination
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a busy front desk
  • Familiarity with dental terminology
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and team mindset

We use Curve Dental Software, a user-friendly cloud-based system. Full training will be provided if you are not already familiar with the program.

Schedule:

  • 4–5 days per week
  • Must be available Mondays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Must be available Saturdays (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Verify insurance benefits and submit claims accurately
  • Schedule appointments for hygienists and dentists efficiently
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling flow
  • Support practice growth through patient communication and organization
