Full-Time Sales Associate – Commission

At Mattress Mattress®, we’re looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our sales teams. You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and helping them find the perfect sleep products.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and exceed targets through outstanding customer service
  • Educate customers on our sleep products and technologies
  • Participate in regular training to stay current on products and sales strategies
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Store Execution

  • Ensure store operations run smoothly (opening/closing, merchandising, inventory)
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store
  • Collaborate with management to meet store goals and ensure customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate, confident, enthusiastic, sociable, energetic, fun, and self-motivated
  • Excellent work ethic, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Team player who thrives in a small-team environment
  • Physically able to assist with unloading, loading and setting up products
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (35-40 hours per week)
