Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: Vancouver, Alberta

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Downtown Vancouver. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple clinics across Vancouver, BC with a home base in Yaletown, Downtown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee protocols and procedures across multiple clinic locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of clinic administrators and on-site clinic managers to maintain operational efficiency and resolve any arising issues promptly.
  • Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure each clinic operates smoothly and achieves performance goals.
  • Manage clinic budgets to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train clinic staff and managers to meet operational needs and provide exemplary patient service.
  • Supervise team schedules, insurance claims, and billing processes across all clinics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure smooth clinic operations, optimizing workflow and resource allocation across clinics for maximum efficiency.
  • Act as the primary leader for all clinic staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes patient care and team well-being.
  • Coordinate human resources functions, including performance reviews, staff development, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and support in addressing clinic issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges as they arise.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to maintain the smooth running of each clinic and meet strategic goals.

Position Requirements:

  • A high school diploma (required).
  • Proven experience in a multi-clinic or dental management role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of dental billing and insurance protocols (Dentrix or Curve knowledge essential).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead teams across different locations.
