What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Your role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, managing project schedules and documents, and upholding our health and safety standards.

Who You Are: You're an experienced Project Manager or Coordinator with a background in engineering or architecture, adept in Microsoft Office and project management software. Your leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety and quality make you stand out. You're ready to tackle challenges head-on, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to exceed expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or Architectural Technology.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Valid ‘G’ Class Driver’s License.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Project management certification.
  • LEED certification.
  • Experience with Procore software.
  • Local experience in the Northwestern Ontario region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
