AlignLife Chiropractic and Wellness is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our growing clinic in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

This opportunity is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys hands-on adjusting, values patient education, and wants to build lasting relationships within the community. Experienced chiropractors and new graduates are welcome to apply.

We help patients understand their findings, make informed decisions, and work toward meaningful improvements in function and daily life.

Your responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive consultations, examinations, and reassessments.
  • Provide individualized chiropractic care and appropriate exercise recommendations.
  • Explain clinical findings, treatment options, and care recommendations clearly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt care as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a welcoming, professional patient experience.
  • Build relationships within the Maple Ridge community.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
  • Current registration, or eligibility for registration, to practise chiropractic in British Columbia.
  • Appropriate professional liability coverage before starting.
  • Strong hands-on adjusting and communication skills.
  • A commitment to informed consent, professional standards, and patient-centred care.
  • Initiative, reliability, and a desire to grow a sustainable practice.

Compensation details

Projected annual earnings of $90,000–$125,000 CAD are based on an established patient schedule. Compensation is percentage-based, and actual earnings will vary with patient volume, hours worked, and the agreed arrangement. This range is an earning projection rather than a guaranteed base salary.

Schedule, start date, and compensation terms will be discussed during the interview process.
