Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical / Chemical Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to system design, manufacturing processes, and product development within a dynamic engineering environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, experience with CAD software, and a solid understanding of mechanical and chemical principles. This position is essential for advancing our engineering projects and ensuring the successful implementation of complex systems.

  • Develop, maintain, and control documentation required for ISO 9001 compliance (SOPs, work instructions, test procedures, validation reports)
  • Ensure all documentation is version-controlled, traceable, and audit-ready
  • Support internal and external ISO 9001 audits, including preparing records and addressing findings (CAPA)
  • Support the CTO in defining, tracking, and reporting key operational and system performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain structured reports (e.g., validation results, field performance, reliability metrics)
  • Establish standardized formats, dashboards, and reporting workflows for internal and client-facing use
  • Act as a primary technical liaison for field technicians and clients, providing clear guidance on procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system operation
  • Manage and respond to client and field inquiries through support platforms (e.g., HelpScout), ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Translate engineering processes into clear, usable instructions for non-engineering stakeholders
  • Gather feedback from field technicians and clients to continuously improve documentation, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Support root cause investigations by organizing, structuring, and validating field and test data
  • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure documentation reflects current system design and production processes
  • Maintain alignment between design changes, firmware updates, and operational documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and training of field technicians and partners using structured documentation and training materials
  • Develop quick-reference guides, checklists, and troubleshooting playbooks for field use
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting automation)
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as HelpScout, Zendesk, Odoo is a plus

Pay: $55,104.74-$70,000.00 per year
