Candidates must demonstrate how they will embed science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts into daily literacy, numeracy, and social studies instruction using rural contexts.

Building a foundation where students feel valued, understood, and secure enough to take academic risks.
  • Learning Environment: The skill to develop and foster an engaging classroom atmosphere that challenges and inspires learners.
  • Research Mindset: An understanding of and interest in undertaking action research to improve educational outcomes.
  • Professional Disposition: The ability to contribute positively to our evolving school culture through flexibility, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
