Payroll

Money in the bank (via bank transfer)

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

Restricted Stock Units or “RSUs” are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company shares. At Indeed, RSUs allow recipients to receive shares, subject to vesting and other conditions, in our parent company, Recruit Holdings. Recruit is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan under symbol 6098.T.

Introduced in 2021, RSUs support long-term value creation and alignment with company performance.

RSUs may be granted to eligible employees as part of Indeed’s total rewards approach. For roles eligible for RSUs, employees will receive a new hire grant value and grant date in their offer letter.

Retirement Savings

Prepare yourself for retirement.

Indeed sponsors a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan through Industrial Alliance. Indeed will match a portion of your contributions equal to 100% of the first 6% of your salary deferral.

The matching contributions will be deposited directly into your GRSP and will be vested immediately.

Life Insurance

Peace of mind for the people in your life.

All Indeed employees are automatically enrolled in Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits.

Employees are also automatically enrolled in dependent life insurance if enrolling in family coverage.

Short and Long Term Disability

Financial support when the need arises.

Upon hire, Indeed employees are eligible for Short and Long Term Disability benefits at 66.7% of their earnings.
