Job Overview
Our office expanding, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly, professional environment with a focus on patient comfort and quality service. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting dental health.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
  • Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
  • Assist in patient examinations and record findings accurately in the dental management system.
  • Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Manage patient appointments efficiently and coordinate follow-up care
  • Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of treatment areas
  • Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, providing excellent customer service

Experience

  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
  • Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of Abeldent or similar dental management software is a plus .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
