Full job description

Experienced Dental Administrator needed for a busy, established dental office in Northeast Calgary (near the Marlborough C-Train Station)

Main duties include checking insurance coverage, submitting and following up on pre-authorizations, billing, and regular front-desk duties. Previous dental front-end experience is essential

Schedule is Monday through Thursday and every Saturday, with every Friday and Sunday off and four consecutive days off on statutory long weekends

Extended health and dental benefits provided, with overlap with our current administrator to ensure a smooth transition. Starting from $28/hour, based on experience

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
