We are expanding!

The ideal candidate will join a high-performing team of design and shop employees who consistently work hard to deliver a high-quality product, superb customer experience and promote our brand.

The ideal candidate will have extensive MILLWORK experience with strong emphasis on AutoCad skills who is ready to WORK HARD in order to succeed!

  • Must be able to generate full sets of shop/production drawings in AutoCAD
  • Must possess experience in high-end cabinetry design and production
  • Possess experience in client-facing environments that require design guidance and project management
  • Possess technical understanding of cabinetry structures and the build process
  • Relevant experience with AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks
  • Ability to develop a complete design plan from concept to installation
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up considered an asset
  • Possess strong team work ethics to support inclusivity and maintain high team morale
  • Ability to work closely with staff designers and production employees
  • Ability to prioritize and allocate time to each client based on project requirements, while continuing to support the production stages of other projects
  • Ability to remain productive and efficient under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work on detailed engineering/shop drawings for architectural millwork
  • Work simultaneously on several projects to ensure production stages are moving according to schedule

Important Requirement: All candidates MUST submit a detailed portfolio with work completed using AutoCAD only. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed and will be rejected.
