About Northside Industries

Northside Industries has over 50 years of excellence in the fabrication and assembly of aluminum and steel products for OEMs and industrial markets. With a strong presence in the Class 8 truck sector and expanding reach into resource and heavy equipment industries, we are a trusted partner for clients across North America.

In addition to our core fabrication and aftermarket product lines, we serve as a global distributor of Hydrau-Flo® fuel filling systems, extending our reach into mining, construction, and industrial markets worldwide.

Backed by Decisive Dividend Corporation, we are entering a pivotal stage of growth, investing in technology, expanding into new markets, and building a stronger, more diversified customer base.

Be a Driving Force Behind Strategic Growth at Northside Industries

Northside Industries is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth and advance our diversification strategy. This role will focus on strengthening and expanding OEM programs, growing adoption of NSI’s aftermarket portfolio, and supporting our established role as a global distributor of Hydrau-Flo® fuel filling systems.

As a key contributor to our commercial strategy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and market presence, deepening partnerships with existing OEMs, securing new OEM opportunities, and identifying opportunities where NSI’s value proposition delivers competitive advantage.

By aligning profitable growth with market diversification, you will help position Northside as a leader in innovative, customer-focused manufacturing solutions across OEM, aftermarket, and distribution channels.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in B2B sales, understands industrial manufacturing and OEM markets, and is motivated by shaping long-term, sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead OEM growth: strengthen existing OEM programs and secure new OEM opportunities to expand NSI’s presence in key markets.
  • Expand aftermarket success: drive adoption of NSI’s aftermarket portfolio, positioning our products as trusted solutions for Class 5+ trucks and beyond.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities: proactively analyze markets, customer needs, and competitive trends to uncover opportunities where NSI can deliver meaningful, profitable growth.
  • Champion global distribution — build on NSI’s role as a global distributor of Hydrau-Flo® fuel filling systems, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in industrial and resource markets.
  • Shape market direction; bring market intelligence and customer insights into strategic planning to guide long-term, sustainable expansion.
  • Champion customer partnerships: build multi-level relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and recurring business.
  • Represent the brand: serve as the face of NSI at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing our innovation, capabilities and customer commitment (25–40% travel).
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer opportunities are delivered with excellence.
  • Drive accountability: provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and ROI reporting to support NSI’s financial and operational decision-making.

A Collaborative Work Culture- Join a supportive team where your voice is heard, your input is valued, and collaboration drives success.

Career Growth Opportunities- Be part of a company that actively invests in your professional development and success.

Challenging & Rewarding Projects- Work on innovative, high-impact projects that directly shape NSI’s future in OEM, aftermarket, and industrial sectors.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits- Including: Group Health & Dental Benefits, Employee Share Purchase Plan, RRSP Matching Program and Award-Winning Company Culture
