About the Role

The Regional Performance Manager (RPM) is responsible for driving operational excellence across a network of franchise locations in Western Canada. This role ensures that franchise partners meet performance goals, maintain brand standards, and optimize business processes. The RPM plays a key role in supporting insurance partner agreements, overseeing field teams, managing claims, facilitating training, and implementing cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support franchisee performance to ensure operational, financial, and partnership objectives are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Conversion Specialists (FCS).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits, creating improvement plans for franchise operations.
  • Manage training programs, claims processes, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, insurer requirements, and customer service expectations.
  • Oversee vendor and supply chain relationships to support regional operations.
  • Address escalated concerns from franchisees, insurance partners, and clients.
  • Track and analyze regional financial and operational performance.
  • Facilitate regional strategy sessions and lead performance improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Experience & Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in business or operations management, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead and retain high-performing teams.
  • Process Improvement: Strong background in sales growth, operational efficiency, and system implementation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in both field and corporate-level operations is an asset.
  • Project & Logistics Management: Demonstrated success in managing projects and logistics/inventory processes.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate performance data and implement effective strategies.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Skilled at managing vendor partnerships, insurance relations, and franchisee support.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within Western Canada to support operations.
  • Results-Driven: A history of achieving and exceeding operational goals and performance metrics.
