Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative work environment and develop new skills. The Team Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast paced food service environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, preparing food, operating kitchen equipment, assisting with inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks may be assigned by management as needed.

Duties

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and follow all customer service procedures
• Clean and stock customer dining areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintain solid knowledge of all products and services offered
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas using hand carry or carts
• Assist with various kitchen functions, including food preparation and production line tasks
• Receive, inventory, move, and lift food and beverage products and supplies
• Serve customers at the front counter and operate the cash register to process orders
• Serve customers at the drive‑through and handle payment transactions
• Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall team success

Requirements

• Primarily indoor environment with occasional outdoor tasks
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing motions
• Routine reaching overhead, forward, and beneath counters, shelves, tables, and equipment
• Frequent squatting or stooping to access low shelves or items on the floor
• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures in coolers, freezers, and cooking areas
• Occasional lifting, moving, carrying, and stacking of cartons up to 30 lbs
• Occasional use of stools or ladders to reach high shelves
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
• Must meet the minimum provincial legal employment age (proof of age or work permit may be required)
• Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods to perform job duties
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
