Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to support the financial planning, reporting, and operational finance functions of our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.
  • Monitor cash flow, operating expenses, and key financial metrics.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee financial controls and support internal audit requirements.
  • Review account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Partner with operational teams to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Mentor and support finance team members while promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA designation or progress toward a professional accounting designation is considered an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related field.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $120,000.00-$134,000.00 per year
