Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each client.

Duties

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
  • Create customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations.
  • Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about their travel plans and any necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
  • Address any client inquiries or issues before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or as a Travel Consultant is required.
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and booking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology for research and booking purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
