Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) bartender à temps plein, à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et passionné(e) par l’hospitalité, les cocktails et l’expérience client.

Aperçu du poste

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est accueillant(e), professionnel(le), attentif(ve) et capable d’offrir un excellent service au bar dans un restaurant à grand volume. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’expériences mémorables pour nos clients en préparant des boissons de qualité, en maintenant un bar organisé et en offrant un service efficace, soigné et chaleureux.

Responsabilités

Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et offrir un service attentionné au bar tout au long de leur expérience.

Préparer et servir des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées selon les standards du restaurant.

Conseiller les clients sur les boissons, vins, cocktails et items du menu.

Prendre les commandes avec précision à l’aide d’un système POS tel que Veloce.

Maintenir les standards de propreté, d’organisation et de salubrité derrière le bar et dans les espaces de service.

Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire et aider au réapprovisionnement du bar au besoin.

Effectuer les transactions comptant, débit et crédit avec exactitude.

Promouvoir les cocktails, vins, spiritueux et items vedettes du menu.

Aider les serveurs et soutenir l’équipe en salle lors des périodes achalandées.

Respecter toutes les normes de salubrité alimentaire, d’hygiène et de service d’alcool.

Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture du bar.

Répondre aux questions et préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace.

Exigences

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience comme bartender dans un restaurant ou bar à grand volume.

Bonne connaissance des cocktails, spiritueux, vins et bières.

Le bilinguisme français et anglais est considéré comme un atout important.

Expérience avec Veloce ou un système POS similaire, un atout.

Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.

Attitude positive et esprit d’équipe.

Excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à bien gérer son temps.

Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement rapide.

Flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés.

Autorisation de travailler au Canada.

We are currently looking for a full-time Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and guest experience.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, attentive, and capable of providing outstanding bar service in a high-volume restaurant setting. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing quality beverages, maintaining an organized bar environment, and delivering efficient, polished, and welcoming service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive bar service throughout their experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
• Provide beverage, wine, cocktail, and menu recommendations
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Veloce
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards behind the bar and in service areas
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with bar restocking as needed
• Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
• Upsell cocktails, wine, spirits, and featured menu items
• Assist servers and support the floor team during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with opening and closing bar duties
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset
• Experience with Veloce or similar POS systems is advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in Canada
