We work hard and play hard together, so if you’re looking to join a winning team we would love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring Drivers for our St Jacobs location with the need at times to report to our Elmira or Guelph yards.

We are looking for drivers with either an AZ or ARZ license.

Driver requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age.
  • Minimum 3 years prior Insurance Experience Letter Required (From your previous Insurance Company) showing heavy equipment experience. (Preferred)
  • Clean CVOR Driver Abstract
  • Letters from Prior Employers

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Customer Deliveries
  • Some tarping is required.
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs bags.
  • Circle checks and other required MTO paperwork.
  • In the winter, will be responsible for salt transfers between our yards, as well as snow removal shifts.
  • Average shift lengths are 10-12 hours during peak season.
  • Hours in the Winter will vary depending on consumer needs/retail sales.
