Job Overview
Laurentian Chrysler is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics and mechanical knowledge
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components
  • Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics to identify issues accurately
  • Carry out equipment repair and welding as required to restore vehicle functionality
  • Assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move parts or components safely
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to safety protocols
