Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. If you thrive in a team environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through accurate ordering and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the parts team.
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Monitor department performance, profitability, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Parts Management experience in an automotive dealership (import dealership experience is preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer ordering systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and achieve department sales and profitability goals.
  • Experience with dealership management software is considered an asset.
