Qualifications & Skills:

  • Red Seal Certification (preferred)
  • 2+ years of collision repair experience in a production body shop or equivalent training
  • Structural welding certification and I-CAR training considered strong assets
  • Knowledge of Mitchell Connect, Repair Center, and MPI repair procedures
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Permanent Position
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • On-site parking
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Supportive management and a healthy, growth-focused work environment
