Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front End Department Manager to support daily operations within our team. This role involves providing administrative support, assisting with merchandising and sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in retail . Retail management experience is a must, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and customers. The Front End Department Manager is a vital role in supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
  • Support sales activities through customer service interactions
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff
  • Supervise team members, providing training & development to enhance performance
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote products and store events
  • Maintain organizational standards through effective time management and communication skills
  • Support store management with budgeting, purchasing, and store management tasks
  • Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred
  • Supervising experience or team management background is advantageous
  • Experience in recruiting, training & development, marketing, and pricing strategies is desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff and manage projects
  • Ability to cut meat and prevoius meat cutting experience is a plus for one of the seven positions that we have
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous retail management experiences
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
