REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER

RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDINGS IN TORONTO

We are a family business that proudly owns and manages about 3,000 apartments suites in prime locations in Toronto, and we exclusively manage our own assets.

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of apartment buildings
- Handle and address tenant relations
- Conduct inspections and manage all repairs and maintenance, and cap ex work
- Supervise leasing and advertising, and manage vacancies and turnovers
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a multi-residential Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of property management practices, and the RTA
