Job Summary
The Project Manager at ABM Integrated Solutions is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology and managed service projects for clients across a variety of industries. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Manager works closely with clients, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and professional services projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple technology implementation and professional services projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate internal technical resources, third party vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, ready to take corrective action(s) as required.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support client onboarding, infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, network upgrades, and other technology projects as required.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years project management experience, preferably within an IT or MSP environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft365, Azure, cloud migrations, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed IT services.
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
