Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) – Entrepreneurial Leadership Opportunity

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (In-person)

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience + Partnership Potential

We’re seeking a driven Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us. This is a unique opportunity for a CPA who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and become a true business partner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Advise and support clients as a trusted partner.
  • Lead strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Drive business growth and contribute to the firm’s long-term vision.
  • Prepare for partnership opportunities with existing leadership in the next 1-3 years.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CPA designation.
  • Experience in public accounting or related area.
  • Strong accounting, taxation, and financial analysis knowledge.
  • Leadership and business development skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something bigger.
  • Audit experience not required.
