Your Role

  • Assess patients' health conditions and provide appropriate care throughout medical transfers, following established medical protocols while addressing each patient's individual needs;

  • Coordinate and plan aeromedical transports by overseeing every stage of the transfer, including medical care and ground and air transportation arrangements;

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including Flight Coordination, medical teams, hospitals, paramedics, and other healthcare partners, to ensure seamless coordination and optimal patient care;

  • Follow established procedures and policies while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in critical care and/or emergency nursing;

  • Bilingual (French and English), comfortable working in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment;

  • Strong planning, communication, collaboration, and rapid decision-making skills;

  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and quality of care;

  • Knowledge of Indigenous communities and cultures is considered an asset.
