Job Summary:
As a Aircraft Ramp Attendant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient ground operations for all aircraft movements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, outdoor environment and enjoys hands on, team driven work.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Must hold a current Canadian driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain Transport Canada security clearance (RAIC)
  • Able to acquire an Airside Vehicle Operator Permit-AVOP
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset
  • Previous aviation experience considered an asset
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Carry out aircraft towing operations
  • Perform aircraft starts / operate ground equipment
  • Support ramp operations in all weather conditions
  • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and strong situational awareness
  • Maintain a high level of safety and security at all times
  • Assist with aircraft grooming when required / other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
  • 12 Hour shift. Rotating Days / Nights: 1 week on / 1 week off
  • Duties performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to perform all listed job duties including but not limited to bending, sitting, standing, lifting to a maximum of 50lbs, pushing and pulling daily
