Sous la supervision du directeur génral, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion du cycle comptable complet, des rapports financiers et administratifs, ainsi que dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Au sein d'une entreprise dynamique en pleine croissance, vous soutiendrez le directeur général-propriétaire pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise, tout en assurant la rigueur comptable et en mettant en place des processus visant à optimiser la gestion de l'entreprise, l'efficacité des contrôles internes et la supervision de projets spéciaux. Plus précisément, vos responsabilités comprendront :
- Assurer la tenue de livres complète et la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels.
- Gérer la comptabilité de plusieurs entités légales, incluant les écritures inter-sociétés, les conciliations entre entités et la consolidation financière.
- Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les écritures comptables de fin de mois.
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et les comptes clients, et enregistrer les factures d'achat dans le système comptable.
- Superviser et contrôler la paie des employés.
- Produire et soumettre les déclarations de taxes (TPS/TVQ) ainsi que les remises gouvernementales (DAS).
- Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et des flux de trésorerie.
- Préparer les rapports financiers, les indicateurs de performance et les analyses d'écarts pour le directeur général.
- Gérer les vérifications fiscales et assurer la relation avec les institutions financières.
- Veiller à l'efficacité des contrôles internes et à l'optimisation des processus comptables et administratifs.
- Préparer le dossier de vérification de fin d'année.
- Assurer le suivi des différents dossiers administratifs ainsi que la gestion des ressources humaines.
- Participer aux grands projets d'entreprise, notamment les projets d'acquisition et de croissance, et conseiller le directeur général dans ses projets.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des occasions d'automatisation et d'intégration de l'IA afin d'accroître l'efficacité des processus comptables et financiers.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin des qualifications suivantes :
Exigences
- Formation en comptabilité (DEC ou baccalauréat) ou expérience équivalente.
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans un rôle couvrant le cycle comptable complet.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion comptable multi-entités (tenue de livres, écritures inter-sociétés et consolidation de plusieurs sociétés).
- Bilinguisme français et anglais.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft et de QBO (QuickBooks Online).
- Connaissance des obligations fiscales québécoises (TPS/TVQ, DAS).
- Solides compétences en analyse de données et en production de rapports financiers.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et rigueur.
- Esprit d'analyse, capacités de résolution de problèmes et volonté d'amélioration continue.
- Énergie positive, leadership, sens du travail d'équipe et orientation vers le service client.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will play an essential role in managing the full accounting cycle, financial and administrative reporting, and human resources management.
Within a dynamic and growing company, you will support the General Manager-owner in achieving the company’s objectives while ensuring accounting accuracy and implementing processes to optimize business management, improve the efficiency of internal controls, and supervise special projects.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full bookkeeping and preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Managing the accounting for multiple legal entities, including intercompany entries, reconciliations between entities, and financial consolidation
- Performing bank reconciliations and month-end accounting entries
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and entering purchase invoices into the accounting system
- Supervising and controlling employee payroll
- Preparing and submitting tax returns, including GST/QST, as well as government remittances, including source deductions
- Monitoring cash flow and treasury management
- Preparing financial reports, performance indicators, and variance analyses for the General Manager
- Managing tax audits and maintaining relationships with financial institutions
- Ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and optimizing accounting and administrative processes
- Preparing the year-end audit file
- Following up on various administrative files and managing human resources
- Participating in major company projects, including acquisition and growth projects, and advising the General Manager on these initiatives
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and AI integration to increase the efficiency of accounting and financial processes
Qualifications Required
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Education in accounting, such as a college diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a role covering the full accounting cycle
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting management, including bookkeeping, intercompany entries, and consolidation of multiple companies
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and QBO, QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of Quebec tax obligations, including GST/QST and source deductions
- Strong data analysis and financial reporting skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a desire for continuous improvement
- Positive energy, leadership, teamwork, and a strong customer service mindset
Assets
- Professional accounting designation, CPA, or currently pursuing it
- Experience integrating AI and automation into accounting and financial processes
