Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accounting systems, and ensuring smooth office functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization by leveraging strong accounting and administrative skills.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to ensure accurate financial records
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and conduct account analysis to verify financial accuracy
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and assist in financial planning activities
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with external auditors or financial advisors as needed
  • Supervise administrative staff and oversee general office management activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners
  • Prior experience in budgeting and financial planning is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office procedures
